Irrigation stages:
1. Preparation
• Use boiled water at body temperature to prepare the irrigation fluid
• Fill the bottle with 500 ml of washing solution.
• Screw the irrigator nozzle on the container
2. Insertion
• Carefully insert the douche the vagina as deeply as possible.
3. Irrigation
• The bottle should be held in both hands, the thumbs should be located on the cap next to the irrigator tip. Squeeze the bottle to release the liquid
4. After irrigation
• Carefully remove the irrigator tip from the vagina keeping the container depressed in order not to aspirate vaginal fluid into the container.
