Microwave or regular oven. Amy loves our Mac & Cheese, but some of her friends, like many Amy's customers, are not able to eat it because they are gluten intolerant. So we decided to create a dish that does not include any wheat, and searched until we found a macaroni-style pasta made from organic rice. Then we covered the tender rice pasta with the same smooth cheese sauce that has made our Mac & Cheese so popular, and came up with this great-tasting dish for all our customers to eat and enjoy. From our home to yours. Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Remove over wrap. Place tray on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
