Directions

Microwave: Cook thoroughly. To Heat: Peel back film & remove tray, discarding outer packaging. Microwave in tray uncovered on high for 90 seconds (ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F). Let rest for 1 minute before serving. Microwave times may vary; tested using 1250W Microwave. Caution: Egg Bites may be hot.
