We knew we could do better. So, we went back to our Indonesian roots and tapped the OG of sweet and umami: tamarind, coconut nectar and our signature Coco Aminos. Together with a little ginger and sesame oil, they create a harmonious balance of sweet-savory, without any refined sugar or soy!

We nearly called her "Teri-Versatility" but that didn't exactly roll off the tongue.
