ORGANIC WHEAT FLOUR, ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE SUGAR, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, NON-GMO CORN STARCH), SALT, ORGANIC POTATO STARCH, ORGANIC CASSAVA STARCH

Directions

5-6 Pancakes; 3/4 cup mix; 2/3 cup water.

Makes the entire bag; 1 bag mix; 2 1/3 cups water.

Mix until just combined. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown.

Prefer Waffles? To make five-to-six waffles, blend: 3/4 cup mix, 2/3 cup water, and I tbsp oil. Cook according to waffle iron instruction.
