Fudgy Brownies: 2 eggs; 1/2 cup melted butter or oil; 1 tbsp water; 1 package Bobās Red Mill Brownie Baking Mix. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking pan. Whisk together eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mix and stir with a spoon until combined. Spread batter in prepared baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with just a few crumbs, 30-35 minutes for metal pans and 35-40 minutes for glass pans. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving. Makes 16 two-inch brownies.
