Brew It. Level off 2 to 3 tbsp. of grounds per 12 fl. oz. of fresh, cold, filtered water.

Store it: Force air out. Roll top down, Tightly fold in tin ties. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Never in a fridge or freezer.
