Directions

Grind it: Medium for automatic drip, fine for espresso, coarse for French press, grind only enough for immediate use. Brew it: Level off 2 to 3 tbsp, of grounds per 12 fl.oz. of fresh, cold, filtered water.

Store it: Force air out and roll the top down. Tightly fold in tin ties. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and never in a fridge or freezer.
