Alcohol-Removed Big Apple Sour Recipe
3 oz FRE Cabernet Sauvignon
2 egg whites
2 oz. apple juice
0.5 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place two coupe glasses in the freezer to chill. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) for 30-45 seconds. Add 1-2 cups of ice and shake to chill, another thirty seconds or so. Strain into chilled coupe glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
