COOKED BROWN RICE, WATER, CARROTS, ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, ROLLED OATS, PEAS (PEAS, SALT), CANOLA OIL, CORN, TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, 2% OR LESS OF: METHYLCELLULOSE, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, SUGAR, YEAST EXTRACT, ONION POWDER, NATURAL FLAVORS, SPICES, SUNFLOWER OIL, PAPRIKA, CITRIC ACID.
Cooking Instructions: Microwave (1100 watt): 1-1/3-4 mins. Place 1 frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 2 minutes, turn, and cook for another 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Stovetop: 8 - 12 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen burgers, covered, for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: 12 - 14 mins. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
