WATER, TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE, CANOLA OIL, VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE, SUGAR, 2% OR LESS OF: MAPLE SYRUP, METHYLCELLULOSE, SALT, YEAST EXTRACT, POTATO STARCH, DARK BROWN SUGAR, SMOKE FLAVOR, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT, SPICES, NATURAL FLAVORS, MOLASSES POWDER, CARAMEL COLOR, RICE CONCENTRATE, SPICE EXTRACTIVES.
Cooking Instructions: Microwave (1100 watt): 1-1/2 - 2 mins. Place two patties on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, turn over and cook for another 45 seconds to 1 minute and 15 seconds. Stovetop: 6 - 8 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook 6 to 8 minutes, covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking process. Conventional Oven: 10 mins. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen patties on a nonstick baking sheet for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
Breakfast Sandwich: Saute Gardein Plant-Based Breakfast Patty according to cooking directions above, during the last minute of cooking top with a slice of cheese (or vegan substitute) to melt. Serve on a toasted English muffin topped with mayonnaise (or vegan substitute), ketchup, hot sauce, and maple syrup as desired.
