Grill frozen burgers for 12 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning. Microwave (1000 watt): 3 minutes place 1 frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes, turn over and cook for another 1-1/2 minutes. For Food Safety and Quality, Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
