Directions

Cook thoroughly. Stove Top Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove all inner packages, thaw unopened sauce packet under warm running water. Do not microwave the sauce packet. 2. Preheat medium size skillet or work over medium-high heat adding 1 tablespoon cooking oil or coat with non-stick spray. Add seafood medley, pasta and vegetables from pouches and 1/3 cup of water, cover and reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 6-9 minutes stirring frequently. 3. Add the thawed sauce to taste, heating thoroughly. Serve immediately as a complete gourmet meal. Cooking Suggestion: Use a tablespoon of butter with oil for a richer flavor! Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F determined by using a food thermometer. Ready to eat in 11 minutes. Keep frozen. Keep unopened package in freezer until ready to eat.
