TBHQ AS PRESERVATIVE, CITRIC ACID, DIMETHYLPOLYSILOXANE, AN ANTI-FOAM AGENT ADDED), WATER, SALT AND YELLOW PRUSSIATE OF SODA.
Preparation Instructions: 1. Defrost dough in the refrigerator. 2. Spread dough out slightly using roller. Place 2-3 tbsp. of filling in center of dough. Turn dough over to form half circle and close by pressing with a fork. 3. Fry pastry in medium hot oil until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Discos can be prepared with chicken, ground meat, sausage or ham. Goya Discos are also delicious as dessert pastries. For a Caribbean treat, fill with guava paste.
Keep frozen. Refrigerate after defrosting.
