Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk seasoning per 1lb of fully thawed meat/chicken/seafood/vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results). Cook on the grill (most authentic), stove top or in the oven (350 degrees F) using your preferred method.
