To enjoy this vegetable medley, microwave in the pouch on high for 6 to 8 minutes until thoroughly cooked, and let it stand for 1 minute before serving. ROASTED POTATOES, SUGAR SNAP PEAS, WATER, RED BELL PEPPER, SALT, SUGAR, BUTTER (CREAM, NATURAL FLAVOR), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, GARLIC POWDER, PARSLEY, SPICE, XANTHAN GUM, NATURAL FLAVOR, WHEY POWDER, LACTOSE, PAPRIKA AND ANNATTO EXTRACT (COLOR).
Must cook thoroughly - see cook instructions. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Recommended method. 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary, adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: 5-1/2 to 6 min time on high. 1000: 6-1/2 to 7 min time on high. 700: 7-1/2 to 8 min time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 1-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover; cook over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.
