CAULIFLOWER, WATER, GREEN BEANS, FRENCH FRIED ONIONS (ONIONS, PALM OIL, WHEAT FLOUR, SALT AND DEXTROSE), BUTTER (SWEET CREAM, NATURAL FLAVOR), NONFAT DRY MILK, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, SALT, MUSHROOMS, SUGAR, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, BUTTER (CREAM, LACTIC ACID), ONION POWDER, DISODIUM PHOSPHATE, CORN OIL, NATURAL FLAVOR, CARAMEL COLOR.
Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave - (Recommended): Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200; 3 - 3 1/2 min. time on high*. 1000; 4 to 5 min tine on high*. 700; 6 to 7 min time on high*. Let stand 1 minute. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into nonstick skillet, cover. Cook over medium heat 7 to 11 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Break up and stir occasionally. Must cook thoroughly. Caution: hot!
