Serving Suggestions: Grind up 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds in a small herb or coffee grinder to create a chia flour to add protein to any sauce, baked good, or smoothie; add chia seeds to soups, sauces, or oatmeal to thicken; allow to rehydrate 10-15 minutes to take full effect in the thickening process; combine strawberries, chia seeds, honey, and water to create a jam. While the texture and process of creation are different from a traditional jam, this spread is still delicious as a complement to nut butter on crackers. Store in a cool, dry place.
