Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Conventional Oven: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Place pork in a shallow baking pan*. 4. Roast for 30-35 minutes uncovered until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (thickest part) or juices run clear. 5. Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. *If cooking 2 tenderloins space 2-3 inches apart and roast uncovered for 35 minutes. Air Fryer: 1. Remove outer packaging before cooking. 2. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. 3. Place pork in the air fryer and cook for 18 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees F (thickest part). 4. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
