BLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, LARD (HYDROGENATED LARD, BHT AND CITRIC ACID PRESERVATIVES), DEXTROSE, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF: SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, SALT, BUTTERMILK, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID, WHEAT STARCH

Directions

Rolled Biscuits: Yield 6-8 biscuits. 1 pkg Jiffy Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, 1/2 cup water, preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Blend biscuit mix and water to a soft dough. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, knead several times. Pat or roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch floured cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes. Drop Biscuits: Follow recipe above except do not knead. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
