INGREDIENTS: WATER, SOY SAUCE (WATER, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, SALT), SUGAR, APPLES, MIRIN (SWEET COOKING RICE WINE), DICED GINGER, VINEGAR, SALT, DEHYDRATED ONION, GINGER PUREE, XANTHAN GUM, GINGER POWDER, SPICE, CITRIC ACID.
Shake well before using.
Use it as a marinade or pour it on after grilling, broiling, or sauteing steaks, chops, salmon, burgers, or veggies. For stir-fries, saute meat, tofu, or veggies, then stir in sauce just before serving.
Refrigerate after opening.
