Our pasta is made from house-milled durum semolina flour dried slow and low for delicious flavor and the perfect al dente texture. Our Linguine is a long, thin pasta which means "little tongues" in Italian and served best with pesto or seafood-based sauces. Delicious speaks for itself!

INGREDIENTS: DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA. CONTAINS: WHEAT

Directions

Instructions: Use 6 quarts of water for each pound of pasta. Bring to boil. Toss in a pinch of salt. Add pasta to boiling water. Stir occasionally. Cook for 10-12 minutes and drain. Cook for 10 minutes if you prefer al dente. Serve with your favorite Rao’s Homemade sauce.
