Made from a traditional recipe of organic wheat flour and salt, Roland® Organic Lo Mein Noodles are authentic Chinese wheat noodles. They have a light ivory color, soft denser texture, and mild flavor that makes them ideal for soaking up sauces in a variety of dishes. Our Lo Mein Noodles cook in boiling water in 3 minutes making it a convenient addition to a busy kitchen.
Organic Wheat Flour, Salt.
Place in boiling water and stir. When water returns to a boil, continue to cook for 3 mins or until tender. Drain and serve in soup, or sprinkle some vegetable oil to keep noodles from sticking together before stir-frying.
