Whiting Fillets.
Keep frozen. Thawing Instructions: Place Whiting Fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking or for Quick Thaw remove fillets from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Grilling Instructions: Place thawed Whiting Fillets in a seafood basket and cook of medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Cook thawed Whiting Fillets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Microwave Instructions: Place thawed Whiting Fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Fillets should flake with fork when done. Let stand for one minute before serving.
