Conventional Oven: 1. 450 degrees F. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Middle rack. Remove fish from carton and inner wrapper. Place on baking sheet in single layer. 3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking time. Check that fish is cooked thoroughly.
