From frozen: In a steamer basket, steam buns for 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Microwave: Thaw buns in referigerator overnight. Wrap each bun in a wet paper towel and microwave on high for 45 seconds. Let cool before enjoying. For best results, do not microwave frozen buns.
