Cooking Instructions: For easier slicing, place refrigerated sausage in freezer 10-15 minutes before slicing. Slicing sausge roll into 1/2-inch patties. Place patties in a cold saute pan. Cook on medium heat 14-16 minutes, turning sausage frequently for even browning, or until center of sausage patty reaches 160 degrees F and is no longer pink. Note: Due to differences in cooking equipment, cooking times may vary.
